Foní Cast ("we", "us") runs a catalog of real human voices for voice AI and connects the companies that build voice agents with the voice talent they need. This policy explains how we handle personal information shared with us through this website or by text message.

This website has no forms, cookies or analytics. It only saves your language and theme choice in your own browser. We only receive the information you choose to send us by text message, which may include:

• Your name and phone number
• Your company name and the voices your project needs
• Voice samples and recordings, if you are voice talent

• To reply to your inquiry
• To review voice talent and, with the talent's consent, add their recordings to our catalog
• To meet our legal and contractual obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Client companies can listen to the recordings in our catalog, but they don't see the talent's name or contact details. We also share information with service providers that help us run our business, such as our messaging provider. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Retention

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
